2005 Mercedes E220 CDi 150 Bhp

Please make sure that the ignition is switched OFF before you fit the DTUK Tuning BOX

Release the bonnet, then remove the 6 Torx bolts marked by the 6 red dots

Locate the diesel pressure sensor which is circled red.

Pull the 3 pole plug out and connect to the POWERKLICK system to the original connector at the end of the common rail.

Now plugthe Tuning box into the end of the loom, and replace engine cover and secure the tuning box in a safe place. The car is now ready for a test drive.
