Vauxhall Astra SRI SportHatch 1.9 CDTI 150bhp

Make sure that the ignition system is completely switched off before starting to fit the DTUK Tuning Box

Take a month old Astra Sporthatch 1.9 CDTI 150Bhp,

Pop the bonnet and remove the engine cover which simply unclips with a gentle tug,to unveil the engine.
Locate the diesel pressure sensor found at the right hand side of the Common Rail, circled in red.

Unclip the diesel pressure sensor from the end of the common rail.

Connect the diesel pressure sensor onto one end of the t-piece of the loom,

 and then connect the other end of the t-piece to the end of the common rail.

The t-piece will sit just underneath the oil cap- pictured below

Replace the engine cover and we recommend that your place the box down by the side of the battery.

You are now ready for a Test-drive.

The box is set by ourselves before dispatch, and can be adjusted to suit your driving style. Please contact us before you attempt to adjust the unit, as failure to do so will invaildate your 3 year Warranty.
