Volvo S60 V70 XC70 XC90 D5 (163bhp)- Fitting Instructions

Make sure that the ignition system is completely switched off before starting to fit the DTUK Tuning Box

The Engine cover is held on with 4 rubber grommets,so gentley pull the cover off.(Pic1). You will then see the Common Rail which is highlighted(Pic2). Take the plug off the end of the rail and connect it to the loom supplied with the unit.
