I felt I must write to thank you for the incredible after sales service you offer.
 
I ordered a DTUK CR  tuning kit for my Mercedes S Class 320Cdi. When it arrived there was a fault with the wiring loom. I could not believe the way that you swung into action to put things right.  Andrew was on the phone, late in the evening, talking me through possible solutions and when they did not work he arranged for Barney to come to my office with a new kit and install it, at no extra cost to myself.
 
You could have taken the easy way out and just posted me another one.  It is so rare nowadays to find a Company that cares, thank you!
 
By the way - it works! The car feels smoother with much better acceleration. I have not yet had a chance to really try it out but will get back to you once I have.
 
I will have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you!

I was going to write to you today to let you know how pleased I am with it. I had a little play with the settings yesterday and took it up to around the 'quarter past twelve' setting.
 
Although the car really doesn't feel that much quicker (largely because it's a big vehicle and you tend not to notice how quick it is even in standard form) the needle on the speedometer certainly whips round a hell of a lot quicker that it used to! Absolutely brilliant on overtaking manoeuvres.
 
The main thing though is fuel economy - I cannot belive that I have driven in to the office this morning, a distance of 27 miles, and averaged 50.1 miles per gallon!
 
50 mpg in a car that weighs 1.8 tonnes and has a 3.2 litre engine. Incredible!
